More Halloween for you today, whoohoo!
I got some P2 jellies from Poland this summer and I've been longing to use them! They're from the Gloss Goes Neon collection. I used three Halloween colours for this: Bumper Car, Ferris Wheel and Carousel. I started out with a white base (Essie White Page) and then smooshed on the three jellies with my stamper. Then I stamped with BPS black stamping polish and BP-X013 to get the fun skulls! I sealed it in with Seche Vite.
