Jennifer Accuses Fiancee Of Abuse
'I Love New York' and wrestler star Davis Otunga is now respoding to allegations that he has been abusing his fiancee of 10 years singer Jennifer Hudson. TMZ broke the story yesterday that Jennifer Hudson filed a restraining order against David. She claims that he has been harassing and allegedly being abusive towards her.
Jennifer claims that while she in a recording session, he has been haressing her with phone calls. He thinks that she is cheating him with one of the producers, in which she denies. When she came home, he got angry and pushed her out of master suite. Jennifer also says that he taunted with gun.
Now David is speaking out against the allegations. His lawyer has filed court documents to request that Jennifer's protective order to be thrown out.
His lawyer says
"As a result of Mr. Otunga's career in the WWE, Ms. Hudson felt that she could give an award winning performance in court to portray herself as the victim. Mr. Otunga has never abused or harassed Ms. Hudson or their son, and it is unfortunate, especially in today's climate, that she would feel the need to make these false allegations against him. Mr. Otunga looks forward to his day in court and in being awarded the residential care of the parties' only child."
