Dr. Mengel's escape to Brazil was organized so he could continue his advanced research in genetics and cloning. Other neurologists and experimental physicians who were schooled in Austria and Germany made it out of Europe to the rat lines in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and elsewhere. Their work continued for many years following their escape which was kept as a state secret by many other nations who welcomed the German's for their sophisticated technology and scientific know-how, much of it only obtained by using human guinea pigs. Anyone offering immortality or cures to disease will get a Paperclip ID or certificate no problem. But in many cases this was not even necessary, for the majority of cutting edge neurosurgeons and doctors were hidden in Antarctica where the bulk of the neuromodulation and neural control research was conducted for the Navy secret fund. The CIA had some leads that this was true, and a breakaway dispersion of postwar German scientific developments made its way into the Navy and was adopted by elements of the CIA, Defence Agencies and NASA by around 1983. Similar cult suicides as the one's involving the lead masks were known throughout South and Central America, the Jonestown Massacre for example, as well as the Antares of Light, and Heaven's Gate Cult -- with Jonestown, a spiritualist religious cult leader named Jim Jones led a temple that persuaded over 900 people in the state of Guyana Brazil to take their own lives by eating cyanide. Jones also assassinated others including a US congressman. Heaven's Gate was a UFO cult founded in 1974 by Marshall Applewhite who was emancipating its members for space flight aboard a craft they conjectured was following the Hale-Bopp comet. When the come swung by Earth in 1997, the charismatic leader had brainwashed them to commit suicide by poisoning themselves en masse while sleeping in their hotel rooms. Was Brazil under the spell of a top secret mind control test using lasers, radiation and vacuum technology? Lead masks found at the crime scene, masks that look oddly familiar to the metal one's worn by the reptilian Predator in the famous Hollywood blockbuster, are shaped with openings for the eyes but with faceless features around the mouth. These Brazilian ultrapredators may be human supersoldiers trained as ex-mercinary killers or extraterrestrial body snatchers that abduct, implant and sometimes mutilate humans and animals. Several cases of human mutilation have taken the lives of victims in Brazil with exactly the same anatomical procedures as are known to occur in cattle mutilations. Cadavers of men found with smooth cutaway incisions around the mouth, tongue and ears are common with radiation burns, and circular holes marking the body almost the same as the tissue scars of radiobiopsies seen on rats. Eyes, ears, and tongue are routinely excoriated with the same procedure as numerous cattle mutilation forensic reports detail. They show the same correlation of data, from Brazil's cattle mutilations and those human cases that include cauterization of the gums, lips and rectum using a powerful surface laser. Anus muscle is melted or cored out of the bodies along with samples of the liver, kidneys and testicles -- glands that filter or hold radiation -- Human scrotal mass is castrated in the process of removing the glands from the pelvic area and separated from the corpus the tubing either intact or extruded in full. In other instances the jaw tissue is lasered off with the larynx or they are hung as if on display from the tops of trees. UFO sightings are accompanied by strange deaths and mutilations like the one's at Guarapiranga Resevoir. Female genital removal, clitoridectomy and male castrations are known but rarely exposed to the civilian population by state media who keep human mutilations and other unexplained deaths a top secret priority. Brazil's state media is tightly controlled in these cases where humans have been found in groups slaughtered in jungles in very grotesque, almost ritual-like killings. Bloodless excoriations of eyes, tongue and anus are found to be associated with radiation sampling, radiobiological weapons testing such as seen on small monkeys and rats. This is known to occur in cases where lung tissue is removed from the chest cavity with circular cookie-cutter holes to test inhalation and or tissue absorption levels for radioisotopes. Abductees are observed naked with systematic laser drilling perforating the spinal tissues, both orbital cavities, pharynx, oral areas, throat and intestinal tract are excised such that the tissues melt away due to the hot, non-abrasive ultrafast laser ironing tools. Precise puncture wounds are lazed onto both arms and legs as if geometrically for some coordination of acupuncture points and used for removing organ tissue. The kind of exactitude that these cuts have been made suggests the surgical instrumentation of a high speed, superheated laser diode or an atomic emission metal blade had been applied while the individuals are still alive. Cardiorespiratory arrest caused by extreme pain are attributed to the effects of cerebral edema without direct neurological trauma which results in brain death from the agonizing pain it induces. Vagus stimulation is the immediate precursor to cerebral edema by some form of subdural electrocauterizing or electrostrictive instrument that delivers ultrafast thermomechanical nerve friction and or chemical torque to pain receptors. The use of vacuum powered extraction devices are believed to be able to suck out soft tissue while the cylindrical blades melt in holes to seal wounds as bloodless cavities in the body. Further into the jungles of Brazil there is a hive beneath the surface where reports of vanished people have suspected of being kept as slaves or biomedical test subjects -- From Bolivia to Argentina and Brazil, the 1975-1983 Dirty War under Operation Condor had been responsible for taking hostages and many who have had their body parts disposed in dumpsters, or stored in freezers for genetic and microbiological testing -- Near the microbiological lab is a site where a 200 year old Indian legend leaves behind terrifying remains of butchered soldiers whose bodies were contorted and brazed with alien cutting tools for the authorities to uncover. In the summer of 1979 a half dozen Brazilian commandos were found with their vertebrae cracked and curled into an arc with their backs broken as if to achieve a permanent fetal clamping together of chest and abdomen. At a number of the unsuspecting biotesting labs are the breathing masks used to filter out microbial and biohazards radiation -- the 'gas masks' are designed to protect the face from open exposure to radiation and biohazards waste being used by alien and Recon secret operations. Different kinds of South American tribal masks may also feature some of the outer characteristics of the alien breathing apparatus like the one shown for the small Eben at the Roswell Army Air Field in the late 1940s.

The extraordinarily violent drug cartels run by the Jamaican posse were heavily into automatic uzi machine guns sales and cocaine sales, the gang activity connected to the Jamaican cartels peaked around the early 1990s with the Gullymen Posse. Corpses much like the Guarapiranga victim were how competing gang members and disloyal affiliates were often slain by ultrapredator gangsters. Charred remains of targets in the Shower Posse gang were many times forced to eat hot metal filings or had searing hot metal pins, blades and other custom killing tools pierced through their flesh while being torched. One could analyze the topical instruments applied in these cases as revealing a possible source of other human mutilations. Some of the tactical gang leaders would travel to the slums of Brazil and receive pay for drug labour, avoiding indictments for mercenary work in Brazil's elite army intelligence corps. By the 1980s, the Shower Posse had gained repute for burning victims on a griddle and showering them with bullets, inventing the drive-by shooting craze of Miami and South Central L.A. However in places like Rio and Sao Paolo, the militarized posse's had a tendency to execute their own prisoners by igniting their organs to spontaneously combust from the inside. Shower Posse bounty hunters expropriated to Brazil from Miami or Jamaica to over the prisons filled with ex-gang members, many of them held in death camps awaiting inevitable execution. New York and London were considered capitals for posse drug trafficking with the labour party of Jamaica as its supplier. The ultra-violent Jamaican-Brazilian cartel spread drug money from London into the secret enclave that tested weapons, germicidal antidotes, viral and poisonous darts, experimental drugs, electronic explosives, radioactive chemicals and autoimmune diseases including HIV. Randomly and perhaps partially by selection, humans are taken from villages or homes in the night, drugged or sedated and worked on medically in isolation chambers using advanced, 'bio-ethereal' and nanomedical technologies. When there is rape, anal, genital or cervical probing of the anatomy, DNA and reproductive cells are extracted. The ones with scar tissue, marks or surgical remainders are oftentimes implanted with complex metallic objects, RFID chips or sophisticated interface devices. The alien group responsible for the majority of cattle mutilations, abductions and human dissections, have been found to even have butchered people such as loggers and lost hikers in the wilderness and in U.S. national parks. In both cases there have been bodies either marked with symmetrical meridian patterns (acupoints) etched on with laser burns, or decapitated with their remains stuck up a tree, or with teeth and dentures extracted. Cases such as these in logging towns and mountain areas like British Columbia, Brazil and national forests across America, have been well documented by independent researchers. Fornax hives house the samples of tissue from those victims who were removed for testing. We know the cluster of ET species inhabiting the Brazilian jungles may be Pleiadean and certainly sharing grounds with those of Fornax and Orion to cross-fertilize new hybrids with different human races, including proto-Amazonian children -- we also understand that they are monitoring man's nuclear program, energy, logging, oil and petroleum refinement on various sites of the globe.

Far away from the metropolitan centres, deep in the upper Amazon and running into the El Dorado river, where the Amazonas Rara meets Nazure and Nazuret, there is a large quarry with a frightening past. Starting an expedition in the Amazon, tourists from Portugal came into contact with a strange sight. In 1988, while on a guided tour through the Brazilian rainforest, the group of tourists were stunned when they noticed a stream of blood flowing in the muddy river banks just ahead of their motor boat as they crossed the Santana river and embarking on a journey towards Bela Vista after having departed from the city of Manaus. The team was immediately forced to return to the city as they came close to the source of the blood trail. Further up the river the team of tour guides could see human remains, entrails and a plenty of blood gushing out of the river that was flowing down stream. One of the local tour guides sent a radio call to Manaus for emergency assistance but authorities had already been contacted hours before they discovered the flowing trail of blood. A Columbian disaster and distress boat and two military emergency helicopters equipped with paratroopers and medical recovery teams were dispatched and instructed all civilians to leave the area. Brazil's regional newspaper and television stations could not be allowed to pass the north eastern Amazonas and locals had been given a temporary curfew -- Brazil's own emergency management commission took complete control of all information sources and patrol vehicles like police and fire rescue were told there had been an outbreak and not to enter the upper amazon. Relying on second hand eye witness accounts and descriptions by the Columbian National Guard, a terrifying event took the lives of four men in a severely gruesome, ritualistic killing unlike any in recorded CIA or defence archives -- it had began a weak before, when a crew of loggers and development foresters inaugurated the start of their plans after charting out parts of the Amazon to be clear cut for a multiregional logging company operating in Brazil. Columbia's national guard had been advised to deal with the dead crew because the foresters, who had sent out an SOS call a week in advance, were also contacted by the civilian attache responsible for the army's emergency assistance and had written down what they saw. From these eye witness accounts, we are left with a trained national guard, a mercenary force, completely baffled by the sight of four dangling bodies, all of them bleeding into the river upside down and locked in a fetal position with their lower extremities melted and two unmovable stones toppled one on the other at the center of the quarry where the bodies encircled atop four 10-18 ft. trees.
Nothing in nature besides an earthquake could have moved these 690-900 kilogram stones and severed them at equilateral angles with their tips pointing to the sky. There were no tractor trails and no cranes used on the site that could have pulled any of the weight needed to poise these huge rocks -- Logging had just started and the crew that arrived had died on their first day before contractors could be sent out to assess the clearing. There was no progress in the days following the surveyor teams first arrival, only six trees were sawed in the terrain between Nazure and Nazuret. Tractors and digging machines were not even at the loading zone stage and no evidence pointed to the contractors having any involvement with the incident. Miraculously, whatever had killed those men was not anything recognized by the nature preserve, or forestry departments of South America and it was admittedly claimed to be extraterrestrial or the work of a demon recognized by the local indigenous people of Brazil. Beyond science fiction scenes recognized in movies like the Predator, there is nothing to compare the horror that had struck the upper Amazon on at least two occasions in 1988 and 1990. Within the boundaries marked off with orange tape, there were the four trees whose branches had been removed, except a main heavy branch on which the bodies had been hanging. It was unclear wether the removal of branches had already been done by the logging crew or not. Each victim had been paralyzed at their central lumbar and cervical vertebrae in an inconspicuously precise, lesionless dystopia of the spinal column's perforated tissues. This was presumably so that the bodies could be bent into a fetal position that would keep the legs flung across the shoulders without returning to a normal posture after postmortem rigidity of blood vessels, muscles and nerves sets in. Both feet on all the bodily remains were topped above the heads, perpendicular to the forsae bellow each tree that were hallowed out into a series of channels or ditches emptying into the river. Nobody present in the emergency attache could explain what follows -- How these wounds were inflicted is a mystery because it would have taken a surgical laser instrument with would sealing heat to make these kinds of cuts. First, in such a manner, the gums and teeth are melted out with the viscera and entrails of the rectum that was witnessed floating down stream. Lower extremities from the thorax to the knees are cauterized off the carcass so the flesh is soaked in the water, cooling the bloodflow melt in clumps and blobs. All had their scrotum bulb and penile corpus surgically pulled out from the pelvic area, frozen in an erectile position and fitted down their throats like a laryngoscopy procedure while in the fetal position. In addition to this, both of the eyes had been removed from the sockets so as to create an empty space where the testicles had been scalped out and puzzled into place. This symmetrical mutilation was finished off with the hanging supports that was made from the male spermatic cord and deferent ducts. Removal of the male reproductive tubing with advanced surgical methods unknown to medical science was capable of tying the upper ankles to the neck in a knot looped over the tree branches. Some of the parts like the innards looked to have been laterally vivisected from the anterior of the bowel cavity so the contents would drain off into the pits that were dug bellow the four trees. It was obvious from what appeared that the remains of the four loggers had been mutilated in such bizarre fashion and put on display to send a warning or strike fear into the local population. Similar kinds of mutilations have occurred in northern Canada, where spikes had been pile driven through the mouths or intestines of northern clear cutters, and again, extremely heavy rocks are moved from the ground. Siberia, the Congo, the Gulf, Libya and Southern Mexico have seen cases like these. What kind of force in this universe is capable of such tremendous brutality that we cannot explain? Slain, locked together bodies melted like grilled cheese sandwiches and no sign of human involvement. Some form of interdimensional plasma energy force sliced them up, by an invisible phantom or ultra Predator. The terror of a flesh interface like this is not knowing what caused it.
[UFO CONTACT IN BRAZIL]

Reports of UFO contact in Brazil began to increasing become apparent since 1957. Sao Paolo's Fort Itaipu was visited by a large orange UFO in 1957 that had been witnessed by two soldiers stationed there who were reportedly struck by a heat wave that allegedly descended from the sky. The electrical grid of the fort and all emergency systems went down during the incident. Afterwards the Brazilian Army and US Air Force along with investigators of the Brazilian Air Force flew to the fort to interview the soldiers stationed at the fort. Other's in Colares in 1977 also experienced warm lights penetrating through the roofs of buildings with radiation that burned parts of their bodies like an electric ray gun. In July 1979 a security guard named Antonio Carlos Ferreira was abducted from his workplace, a furniture factory in Marassol, Sao Paulo. According to his own accounts, he was approached by three humanoid figures who tranquilized and took him aboard a small ship which ferried him to a larger craft further away. There he said he was positioned in front of a large television-like screen and presented with a variety of images before being forced to mate with a female alien, after which he was tranquilized again and returned to the ground. Ferreira described the creatures as being approximately 1.2 meters tall with pointed ears, slanted eyes and human-like mouths. They lacked eyebrows or eyelashes and spoke in a language that superficially resembled Japanese. Some were said to have dark skin and red curly hair, while others had light skin and straight black hair. The ship was spherical with three undercarriage-like legs protruding from the bottom, with the interior lit by bright red and green lights. Ferreira states that he encountered the aliens again in 1982, with the craft supposedly landing close enough for him to see the female alien and a childlike alien observing him from a distance. He said he experienced a third encounter later in 1982 in which he was taken into the Hangar of an alien craft via a green beam of light before being injected with a yellow substance. He said he was then taken to meet the two aliens once more, the younger of whom he was led to believe was his own child. Other encounters are said to have followed, to a total of 16 or 20 between 1979 and 1989. 
"Vilas Bolas Impregnates Female Alien via MDMA Flesh Interface"

Antônio Vilas Boas abduction was the earliest case to gain worldwide exposure in the ufology community. His abductions started in 1957 when the Brazil farmer was in the middle farming his pasture at night to escape the hot daily temperatures. Suddenly he saw a red star descend from above which he claims turned out to be a large egg-shaped or oblong spherical craft with a red glow. Tripods projected from the craft which landed in his field and took out the power from his tractor. Boas was then approached by a human-like, blue-eyed person wearing a greyish outfit and a grey helmet. These details match several other Brazilian close encounters with humanoids who protect their faces with grey or metal-chrome masks and suites. Common to the Brazilian experience, Vilas Boas also said the communication with the beings was by sound, particularly jumbled or incoherent noises. Similar to the reports of Travis Walton and of Carlos Ferreira, the extraterrestrial had used some sort of gel substance that sedated his mind and body when spread over the extremities, ingested or injected. From the original account of Boas Villa's abduction, the gel he said had induced an altered state of consciousness that he described in the way as having pleasant, stimulating and mind-altering effects. These may be compared to the ingestion of ecstasy or MDMA capsules but Boas seems to recall the substance as an absorbed material reacting through the skin. The humanoid creatures inundated his room aboard the UFO with a gaseous liquid that also probably had a psychophysiological effect that caused him to feel nauseous. After this they took a blood test at the base of his chin and left him alone. The noxious gas was likely an experimental drug like the one's used on soldiers in the Vietnam war that were known to cause spasms and vomiting, (including herbicides like Agent Orange that were sprayed on cannabis crops during the "chemical war on drugs"). He also remembers seeing red symbols of an alien language while entering a doorway aboard the ship. Not long after this incident he was visited in the room by a naked female humanoid with platinum blonde hair and blue-eyes whom he engaged in sexual intercourse. Boas said that he was not affectionately received and that, instead, it sucked the blood from his chin. It was then explained by gestures that this female humanoid was to give birth to his child while in space. Follow up accounts of this abduction stated that Boas had suffered exposure to radiation poisoning and was having cutaneous reactions like mild bruising, nodular lesions, burning sensations in the eyes and other symptoms of radiation sickness. 
By 1956 foreign interests in Brazil began to host new industries and interior ministries built with US and Argentine Nazi expatriates preoccupied with more global plans brought councils to the country converging on these new global investments. Brasilia was built in three years in 1961 and was decided as the new capital which initiated the extensive military power shift of the Brazilian armed forces away from political groups and Brazilian capitalists. The British Ministry of Defence was hiring the soldiers and provided the security for the establishment of a NWO agenda in Brazil using Western alliance money from America's Secret Defence outfit, i.e., CIA Black Ops, MK-Ultra, DIA and Rockefeller Medical Centre. With the US MoD and communist breakaway militarized Deep State bureaucrats in charge of secret operations in Brazil there was a huge money grab that came from the Serra Pelada gold mines located at the base of the Amazon. Many may remember the iconic scenes from this mining operation used in the beginning chapter of Godfrey Reggio's Powaqqatsi film from the 80s. The scene was immortalized by photographer Sebastiao Salgado who captured the miners swarming the scene like ants. Digging began early in 1980 and the site quickly earned the record of the largest man made pit. Dubbed "the Ant Hill", this Amazonian gold mine is one of the largest goldmines in the world, discovered in the state Para of Rio Grande de Sul in 1979. Early in the Serra Pelada gold mine, the Brazilian military police were ordered by the Brazilian government to control the disputes between the miners and the land owners. Before the military takeover, goods were being sold at inflated prices by the local land owners to desperate Brazilians emigrating to the site with gold fever eager to work. The Serra Pelada gold rush contained the hardest concentration of manual labour since the pyramids of Egypt (if we are to buy the accounts of orthodox Egyptologists) which had 4,000 workers, Serra Pelada held up to 100,000 daily. The Brazilian government agreed to buy all the gold extracted by the labourers, with about 45 tons of gold and an estimated 90 percent of it smuggled away by public miners, the purchases of the gold legally excluded all outside buyers except the government. Approximately 360 tons of gold was eventually said to be contained in the Curia Serra Pelada area. Brazil's government became very wealthy on the London Metals Exchange while the gold itself went to the residing alien powers of Brazil, the so-called "Annunaki" of Fornax. Outside bureaucrats from America, France and excommunicated paramilitary were engaged in various cover-ups in Brazil where population control experiments like the one's implemented for creating vaccines had created harvest population zones in the country. Numerous sites had been designated government warehouses but withheld deep underground filing systems for cataloging populations. Before 1986, the excommunicated groups and breakaway militarized Deep State bureaucrats in Brazil were in charge of organizing radiation tests, radiobiological weapons, secret filing systems, human indexing, DNA banks, EST-ECT probes, biosynthesis of secret drugs and weapons, biomedical research, and alien mind control operations. After the closure of the first big mining operation at Serra Pelada in 1986, the Nazi and renegade groups began to lose a large chunk of their power but also gained some financial security within the Brazilian government as denazification continued -- Brazil became increasingly independent as the Nazi's fled to Antarctica and interests in space took primacy over the finial excursions in the country -- the diggers of Serra Pelada creates an image of the deep underground imprint left behind in the Earth that are often made for secretive underground military bases where many have heard the claims of extraterrestrials and military elites roaming beneath the jungles. The dystopian torture chamber of Terry Gillian's popular film was a rendition of what some human abductees had recollected from their use as test subjects in government coup's, mind control experiments and pharmacological testing.
Gillian's Brazil couples many of the elements of a dystopian future with the surreal background of a Brazilian metropolitan sort of Weimar republic within the general mis-en-scene of the Amazon. Compared frequently to George Orwell's work in 1984, Brazil centres around a similar future imaginary where a superior government has instituted a silent takeover of all public life using, foremostly, mind control and prison-warder surveillance panopticism to regiment social order. The division of classes is moulded by the gears of the system controlled by computers or indexing machines referencing the whole populace to a mainframe. Just like the deep subterranean metropolis near Sao Paulo, the rich and powerful live at the top floors of the metropolis with all the minion workers isolated to the lower floors. A metropolitan labyrinth traps the protagonists in their attempts to escape the hands of the security corps inside the walls of the Ministry that houses the torture chamber. Within the tiny offices of the Ministry the viewer is given the sense of imprisonment, again this theme follows the one established by Foucault in his work on the Panopticon and other more subtle aspects of control in Discipline and Punish. Foucault's work is widely read among Latin America's dissident population, which also gives the film an added significance to this dystopian thematic under the signs and analyses procured by the French philosopher. This secret global bureaucracy that works behind the shadows of the Brazilian military are known to have copied the practices of one or more alien communities that survive underground in massive burrows. According to the UN Security Council digital files, the group from Fornax and possibly Rigel, recognized Brazil's ecosystem early on for its available biodiversity and its gold, resource materials that could be utilized for fuelling and sustaining their spacecraft as the Annunaki narrative has put forth. Eventually we did make contact with extraterrestrials under the Project Sigma and Project Plato committees that was assigned to study nonterrestrial communications, parts of those events were told in the story about the US Air Force journey to planet Serpo in 1964.
However the real close encounter's touchdown event with the aliens took place in a federal military designated site of the Brasilia Air Force with assistant communications via Campo Grande Air Force Base in the district of Parana, southern Brazil, not far from Iguaza Falls and the Serra mine. Brazil's Ministry of Aeronautics that later became COMGAR, ran a secret program with the French, US, British and Argentine defence intelligence from 1961-1965. The purpose was to create an integral military and aeronautics liaison between several nations for communicating with ET's. Other military bases of the world were homed-in to the communications exercises including the Israelis, Canadians, Soviets, Portuguese and Italians. Communications were established early in 1964 and are believed to have continued until 1965. John F. Kennedy helped to set a framework for a number of countries participating in air defence related communications out at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico which is where the Americans received word of the contact messages and procedures once they began transmitting to the extraterrestrials. Aspects of this project were retold in a number of leaked documents but most will recognize the events from Steven Spielberg's film Close Encounters of the Third Kind where the morse code becomes a musical score relayed to a mothership that lands to greet a team of scientists. After these communications had been recorded and shared among the teams, a government conglomerate was to be formed in Brazil in order to assist the needs of the visitors. Interpreters, biologists, astronomers and expert ecologists came to Brazil to consult with the military on various matters related to the ET presence there. At some point, probably 1970s, I'm quite sure is when military contractors started drilling the massive shelter in Sao Paulo that was to house all these elite groups. El Dorado was one name given to this legendary lost city another was Z, but Og was the whole Amazonian colony at the time of Atlantis.
